Calm your nervous system.
Move better. Feel better.

My approach

I take a nervous system informed approach to acupuncture and manual therapy, with the understanding that pain, stress and movement are deeply connected.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I look at the bigger picture: your lifestyle, stress load, health and movement history, and how your body responds over time.

What acupuncture sessions often include:

  • Time to talk and be heard

  • A treatment plan that fits your life

  • Fascia-focused hands-on work to reduce tension

  • Acupuncture to support regulation (not just symptoms)

  • Red light to reduce inflammation

  • Simple, realistic goals and lifestyle shifts that actually stick

You might be a good fit if you struggle with:

  • acute or chronic pain

  • Stress-related tension or nervous system overload

  • Pain that flares with life stress or busy seasons

  • Movement-related pain that’s limited exercise or activity

  • Difficulty returning to workouts or daily movement

  • Women’s health concerns, including peri-menopause and menopause support and fertility

  • Sleeping concerns, acute or chronic

  • A general sense that their body feels “on edge” or stuck

You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll take it one step at a time.

Why nervous system regulation matters

When your nervous system is stuck in protection mode, even helpful things like stretching or exercise can feel overwhelming or make symptoms worse.

By supporting regulation first, we can:

  • Reduce sensitivity and guarding

  • Improve how your body responds to movement

  • Build confidence and trust in your body again

  • Create changes that actually last

This is often the missing piece for people who feel like they’ve tried everything.

“I started seeing Dr. Kaylee during perimenopause when I started having issues sleeping and my stress felt completely off. Her approach and gentle approach has made such a difference. I’m sleeping better and feel like my mood is so much more stable, I can take a breath before I respond. Highly recommend if you’re leading with stress or perimenopause!
