Hi, I’m Dr. Kaylee.

I’m a Doctor of Acupuncture based in Okotoks, Alberta, and I work with people whose bodies feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unreliable; often after long periods of stress, pain, or repeated flare-ups.

Most of the people I see aren’t doing anything “wrong.”
They’re busy. They care about their health. They’ve tried other treatments.
And yet their pain keeps coming back — especially when life gets full.

My work is rooted in a simple belief:
the nervous system matters.

How I work

I take a nervous system–focused approach to acupuncture and fascia-based treatment. I truly believe that pain, stress, and movement are deeply connected and I see in my practice day in and out with my patients.

My work blends:

  • Acupuncture

  • Fascia-focused hands-on treatment and stretching

  • Red light therapy

  • Cupping and gua sha

  • Lifestyle and nervous system support

But more importantly, it’s guided by listening and adaptation, not rigid protocols.

Each session is shaped by:

  • Your symptoms

  • Your stress load

  • Your goals

  • How your body responds

We adjust as we go.

Who I typically work with

I work with kids, teens and adults navigating:

  • Chronic or recurring pain

  • Stress-related tension

  • Movement limitations

  • Difficulty returning to exercise

  • Hormonal transitions including puberty, peri-menopause and menopause

  • Women’s health concerns

  • A general sense that their body feels “on edge”

Many of my patients are busy parents, teens and people who care about their health but feel stuck in patterns their body won’t let them move out of.
